What’s with the silence on Solo Battles?

A few weeks back I posted about not having solo battles. I received no reply but they came back on their own. Then I lost them again, and again I posted and again I got no reply. I had seen issues with solo battles before but today on mut.gg I see they’ve been a big issue all year. Why wouldn’t an EA representative tell me that rather than let me struggle for weeks trying to find a solution. What are you doing about it? Why don’t you come out and tell your player base that you’ve mucked up one of the main game modes so players aren’t struggling in the dark?
