Will points progress transfer to PS5 from PC

I want to move to PS5 from PC.  Will points and players and progress transfer to PS5 from PC?

To clarify...  If I sign in to my current EA account on my new PlayStation 5 I will not have the same MUT players I have earned and / or paid for, now?
