Won't launch madden 25pc

I can not launch madden 25 fully. I click on it it brings me to the initial loading screen then jumps me to the EA app and doesn't load. Cleared cache and uninstalled and installed restarted computer. But the weird thing is when I log onto my friends EA app same computer. It works just fine
