Wrong Reward Item

Hey guy, just in here to let you guys know to not do what I did. I earned HERO status playing MUT H2H ranked mode. I earned it about 2 weeks ago. Today being the start of the new ranked season I decided to attempt to receive my rewards. I accidentally clicked the play button and loaded into a game. I quit out and they demoted me to ELITE status. EA then gave me the ELITE version of Ricky Pearsall instead of the HERO version. HERO version gets all 32 team chemistry, while the ELITE does not. Plus HERO is a 97 overall. Now I am in communications with EA support. 

Anybody can tell me how fast/soon they take to resolve an issue similar to this?
