Servers CONSTANTLY Down
I'm so sick of this. The game is literally unplayable. I constantly get the "servers are down" error message. Nothing fixes it. Quitting game? No. Restarting Xbox? No. Power cycling Xbox? No. Uninstall and reinstall? No. Disconnect and reconnect ethernet cable? No. Disconnect cable and connect to wifi? No. Disconnect wifi and reconnect? No. This is absurd and makes the game not worth the money I paid for it.
Can't make lineup adjustments error codes me
I can't even edit my ultimate team lineup without it error coding me. I waited for about a week and a half to see if EA would catch it on there own but nothing I still can't edit my lineup. EA please fix this issue it makes this game unplayable for me, I also have spent quite a bit of money on this game, I will ask for a full refund if this problem can't be fixed.
Passing Settings not being saved for Superstar KO
Hello, for the people that play superstar KO mode with another friend (2v2, 3v3) is anyone having problems with their passing settings not being saved? Everytime i switch to offense, it’s like my passing settings that i use are nonexistent. It changed to either the classic or revamped setting but when i go back to my settings everything was the same. I’m wondering if it’s a glitch? Also weird that my friend can’t use his L2 because a menu comes up everytime
How to share Madden on the same PS5 console on 2 different profiles?
We recently bought a disc version PS5 and Madden. My husband and I each have our own controllers and own profiles. When he goes to his profile, and clicks Madden, it asks him to login. Even when I enter my EA login info, it says the account is already registered to another user. How can we both play Madden under our own individual profiles? Is a PlayStation plus subscription required?
Madden 25 Franchise Corrupted File
Hey everyone, I’ve been playing a Franchise mode in Madden 25 as a coach for nine seasons, and out of nowhere, my file stopped loading. When I try to open it, it sits on the loading screen for a bit and then kicks me back to the main menu where I can see all my franchises. I figured it might be a local save issue, so I tried deleting local content on my Xbox, assuming that when I restarted the game, it would sync from the cloud. But now, the file doesn’t show up at all—it’s like it never existed. Has anyone dealt with this before? Is there any way to recover the save, or am I completely cooked here? Appreciate any advice! I cannot access sets in Madden 25. The only thing I can see is the CJ Stroud set, showing redeemed. No other sets content is available. I purchased the deluxe edition and have not been able to use sets since early launch, which means I cannot access the upgraded cards from sets. Very frustrating.
Equipment Missing and Bug
The new untouchables were put in the game a while ago and I still can't put them on my superstar mode character. I can't put on any type of arm accessories while having the undershirt underneath the jersey anymore which is weird. For some of the helmets in the game the visor isn't aligned properly with the facemark either.Companion app madden problems
Hey everyone, every time I log into my companion app it says that the server cannot recognize and just tells me to reload or close then once I close I try to open the app and it just automatically closes before it opens someone please help?!! also, if somebody could give me some way to contact EA via phone or email would be fantasticMadden 25 error
So I bought the game today Friday January 31, 2025 at approximately 9 AM.. I have done everything know too man.. This game from start up crashes. It goes throw all the logins throw EA server and gets too the the loading screen and crashes. I'm at a lose on where too go from here. Please let me know where I need to go from here. Tried to switch which players have X factors on them for my MUT team and now when I try to add a 3rd player as a active X factor the game tells me I have to many players with abilities on. I even lowered the players with Superstar AP abilities from 9 to 7 yet I still can't activate a 3 X factor player.
Missing BHM Welcome Pack
Did not recieve my BHM welcome pack for my upgradeable player. Its the second day now where im missing daily challenges for upgrade tokens for that pack. WHAT A JOKE!!! Why do i still buy this game they cant even give free packs to everyone which should be easy not like they havent done it for years after taking my money FIX IT EA! Im gonna be behind cause your **bleep**
