EA account failure
It's says my login has expired and to scan code when I do and try to link my account it says that it is already linked to an EA account that is attached to an EA email address. I have never had an ea email address. When trying to notify someone to fix it there are no numbers and the email just rejects my email everytime.
97 overall pack? Not for you!
So I bought a pack on madden 25 - titled Ultimate legends bundle - with it stating one of the packs was "your choice of 1 of 2 97 OVR UL Champs or LTD while available..." The image displayed 97 overall, the in pack title was "97 OVR UL CHAMP Fantasy pack" - Result? 96 OVR's. Can I get a refund/ my players please?

My superstar mode player wears a coach wrist band on his left arm/wrist but his skin seems to be glitched over the top back side part of the coach wrist band making it stand out and it doesn’t matter which other coach wrist band I pick it happens with whit and team color coach wrist band I’m not sure if the black version does it cause of how dark it is but I’m tired of EA and these bugs . PLEASE FIX . Also after every game I get an error code sending me to the superstar lobbyH2h modes across quickplay/mut/ franchise are unplayable
Hello all + Ea Been having an issue regarding H2H modes since Thursday 2/27. Game will load up normally in the lobby. But once launched, the game will play intro commentary, and then it will show the stadium slowly spinning (like it usually does before you pick a play) and thats it. It only stops when I close out the game completly from the PS screen. I've attempted to relaunch the game. Change DNS settings to 8888- 8844, reload default settings, reinstall the game, re activate the license, clear caches and reload databases via safe mode, and finally factory reset my ps5 only to have the same issue occur. Could you please help me with this issue? And escalate internally? Anyone else experiencing this? Thank you.
Premium Respec Not Working
Attempting to use a premium respec results in a data fetching error. It says I get 15 ability points, but when I start removing them for some abilities it take away 2 points but only gives me back 1. Is there a reason for this other than being a bug? Example, if I try to take a point away from deep throw accuracy which is currently at 3 it takes away 2 points, and gives me only 1 attribute point. When I got to add it back it adds 2 points but only takes away 1 point from the remaining total. Attempting to apply changes causes the data error. This game has been out for 7 months and charges $5 for Respec Tokens that do not work as claimed. How do you expect people buy into this overmonetization if the product doesn’t even work.
Cannot adjust lineup without receiving error code. Madden 25
Please help. I contacted customer service but they were unable to fix it for me. Every time I press on lineup in Madden 25 I receive error code and it brings me back to main menu. I am unable to delete lineup, turn on abilities, or anything else because I receive error code before having chance. I can only make one change, from binder, promote to starter. Please help. I can play games and everything else just can’t get passed lineup screen error code.Madden 25 force restarts pc after ~5 minutes everytime
every time I load up madden and go into a game it crashes my whole pc after a few minutes, the furthest i can get into a game is the 1st quarter. I have done a clean wipe of my pc and fresh install of windows 11 and still the same issue, tried clean install on my SSD and then tried the hdd and they both failed, tried administrator mode and all that other bs that people recommend but that did nothing aswell, even tried redownloading drivers from a few months ago when it worked fine and that still doesnt work so im at a loss of what to do, even EA support who sucks **bleep** at their job (if you can get ahold of them) is out of ideas and said "We will notify our team and look into it, sorry for your inconveniences" or something along those lines. TLDR: EA Sucks, Madden 25 sucks, and my pc wont stop blue screening when you combine them Would really appreciate any advice you guys have and ill drop my specs below, thanks! I7 9700k, RTX 2070.
Received the wrong Ranked Player
I reached the champion tier for Madden 25 last season (season 6/ month of February). I saw all of the post about the rollout being delayed so I waited patiently. I received Michael Penix instead of the Julius Brents I was supposed to receive. Opened a case but no one has got back to me.
Online Franchise Desync
Recently started having a problem in a 8-player online franchise. This is our second time playing this specific franchise as we are using the downloadable 2011 rosters available and have run into the same issue both times. For both runs, no issues were found in the first season. All games were able to played including H2H matchups in the league. Once we got to the second season, one of our users began having trouble playing against ANY other member in the league and only gets a desync message when attempting to play against another opponent. He's tried deleting and redownloading the game along with being kicked and reinvited to the franchise, but neither have worked. We're just looking for some help or suggestions to get this fixed as it's pretty frustrating not being able to continue our season. I also should add but don't know if it's related, he also said that he's having one of his receivers appear invisible during certain plays, but that's a lot more manageable than the other issue. He also has no issue playing MUT or H2H outside of the franchise. Any help is appreciated!My offense gets a penalty call while I’m on defense
I was doing TOTW challenges and I pray it can’t happen in H2H but I was on defense and my offense’s QB Justin Herbert was offsides. Won’t let me upload a video of the incident which additionally, the bug happened to me two times in a row after having to restart the challenge. Curious if this bs happened to anyone else cause it’s annoying
Missing rewards and sign in issues
Hello ea I have been trying to change my email all day. I watched over an hour of MCS cup on twitchI got all the rewards, but I tried to redeem them and it went through, but I haven’t opened the packs if you could look through my pack and my current packs you would see they’re not there. I was wondering if I could change my email and get my rewards as I was supposed to.
