We are aware that some Xbox users who pre-ordered the MVP Bundle are unable to pre-download Madden NFL 25.
Don’t worry though; we are working closely with Xbox to enable pre-download as soon as possible, and we will provide an update when it has been enabled.

Not happening fast enough. It wasn't this hard getting the money from me, why am I having difficulty getting what I paid for? The communication and handling of this was terrible by EA and they need to own it.
And I don't want any more MUT coins - I don't play that anyway. Way to let us down....

Any update on the actual in game content such as college ultimate team carryovers and pre order content?
I have the MVP Pre-Order Bundle. I've downloaded the Madden 25 Xbox Series X version and that is working correctly.
Where is the Madden 25 Xbox One version that comes with the bundle? I am unable to play it even with the Xbox one version downloaded.
It's saying I don't own the game.
