“FAILED TO START GAME” Error?

having same issue have tried restarting, logging in and out, playing other games for a while and coming back. Still not working. EA_AgentX​ 

I’m having the same issue as u I’m trying to figure out the issue haven’t played madden since the beginning of the year due to this issue not sure
