Auto switch to Controller controls, when playing on PC

Question

Hello AllI am playing Madden NFL 25 on PC, but now since the last update, the game always switches to controller controls. So instead of seing the buttons used on keyboard I now see the ones used on controllers. Also it always just scrolls down. So it just goes down the menu and if I want to click on something further up I have to spam my keyboard to go up, but it won't. It is completely and entirely unplayable, unbelievable....Do any of you have a similar issue, do you know how to fix it, or how can I contact actual EA so they know whats going on?Thank you very much, cheers!

Does this happen in a specific mode or when you launch the game? I have a Wireless Xbox Eliter 2 hooked up through USB C so I am going to test it real quick like and see what happens.

Can you try the following and see if this help?

From the main menuGo to the creation center
Load/delete files &gt; All
Delete all files except franchise/Team Builder (if this applies)

Just don't delete anything local and you will be good!

Hi @EA_Shepard&nbsp;Thank you for your quick reply. Sadly I cannot enter the Load/Delete files Menu, because it automatically switches through all game modes and I have like half a second where it hovers over Creation Center. And when I click it it always just goes in the first Menu: Download Center. I cannot go to the right to choose Load/Delete files. It just goes up all the modes and I have to time my click to enter any Menu. I have tried reinstalling the game and restarting the game, but the bug just comes back.
