Same thing happening for me. The game is unplayable.

I’m on an Xbox one and so far it’s only occurred while playing franchise.
I have read multiple forums where others have had this issue, attempted suggested solutions and had no success. So, I have not tried anything to resolve it, but I am experiencing things just as these two persons before me. Please help! I get an error message saying I’ve been disconnected and sometimes when I attempt to sign in again, I get the message that EA servers are unavailable.
