Cannot play a head to head game in quick play

There is no selection for head to head play?   Only 'play a friend'. I don't know if there is a setting or if this is a bug.

Pretty clear that either they don't monitor this, or they simply don't care to fix the issue. Or we would all at minimum be informed of an ETA when it could be fixed. So done with ea
