    Hey @Daydreamz86,

    Has it been a long time since you've logged in to an EA game with your Xbox? Because it looks like your EA account might have been disabled due to inactivity. You should be able to restore that account by resetting the password like it's prompting, but if that's not working then it seems like you've either made a new EA account with that email address, or it's just not the original email address on the account.

    I'd reach out to our live support team about this. It's not something we can help with directly via the forums, but they'll know how to get you back into your games.

I'm having that same problem. I haven't been logged in to EA in years. It has prompted me to change my password twice. Did that and still nothing. Let me know if this works for you. Keeps telling the servers aren't available at the time

    I am tryin to help my son get Madden 25 to work.  I setup an EA account.  Still no luck.  Does he need to play online?  Can he just play against the computer?
