Can't access stor in Madden 25

Only let's me access points purchase. I can't purchase any packs and when i click on store it's just a blank screen.

Hi @bige2467, which platform are you on? Also, can you try fully closing Madden 25 and relaunching to confirm if this keeps up?

This has been going on for almost a month

Platform: PS5
EA & PSN ID: Silkysmoove32

Every time I try to access sets is kicks me to the main menu and says "our servers cannot process your request at this time"
