cant connect to madden ea server

I'm not sure why I can't connect to ea servers when I try to link ps5 to my ea account it says my user is associated with a different email that has @disabled on it   When I check to see my account ...

    1. Log in to your EA Account on help.ea.com
    2. Select the topic that best describes your issue. If an advisor can help, a contact option will be available under your help topic.
    3. Select Chat with us or Start chat.
    4. Fill in the contact form with your:
      • first name
      • last name
      • e-mail
      • platform
      • subject (a short description of your issue)
      • attachments (e.g. screenshots, documents, links).
    5. Select Send.
    6. A chat window will open when you’re transferred to an advisor.

I've looked through help and can't find anything to start chat or chat with advisor. 

This is what I see when after resetting my password and then under bans it's says 0 but when I try to relink the playstation I see this. I haven't played the madden franchise in 10+ years.
