Can't launch madden 25?

1. Download and install all available Windows Updates
2. Make sure your display is connected to your GPU and not the motherboard video output
3. Run System File Checker to ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833

5. Check your machine meets the below requirements:

• OS: Windows 10 - 64-Bit (Latest Update)
• Processor: Intel Core i7-6700K (4-cores; 8-threads) or AMD Ryzen 5 1600
• Memory: 10 GB RAM
• Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB or AMD Radeon RX 570 4GB
• DirectX: Version 12
• Network: Broadband Internet connection
• Storage: 65 GB available space
• Additional Notes: DirectX 12 compatible video card (feature level 12_0)

All steps that you previously mentioned have been tried (and tried again). Still not able to launch Madden 25.

I'd like to add that all other EA games will launch and run with no issues.

I have the same issue, if it is able to launch now can you tell me how you fixed it
