We're currently looking into the reports of disconnections when trying to view some of the Rising Stars set rewards. Thank you for being patient with us while we're investigating this.
Why don’t you fix the desync problem. That should be number one. You can still play the game without an upgraded player. You can’t even play two downs without getting desynced.
