Can't upgrade Rashawn Slater 99

I just did the Rising Stars Champion Fantasy Pack 99 overall set and chose Rashawn Slater LT,  but the game won't let me upgrade him. Everytime i try to upgrade him it just kicks me of MUT. I can upg...
