Change ea account on Madden 25

I just got Madden 25 and I have played about 6 hours of it. I started the game to play it and it had me log into my ea account, but the ea account that is connected to the game is paired with an old email that I don't have access to. There is no way for me to change ea the account on, or get access to my old email to get the verification code to sign in. I also tried signing into my ea account through my playstation information but that didn't work because it still sends a verification code to the email I don't have access to. So my question is, either how can I change my ea account through the game Madden 25? Or if there is another way to get into my original ea account when I dont have access to the email that was used for it?
