Coin distribution mut 25

EA sent me an email while I was at work saying I have been involved in coin distribution and they have removed my coins I have never bought or sold coins had 3 million coins and some of the coins were from buying packs feels like I have been robbed not from just my time earning the coins but also my actual money anybody have a solution to this problem?
