DirectX Function an invalid parameter was passed to the returning function
get this message as i load up. I've redownloaded the game, updated my drivers, reverted back to my old driver and nothing has worked. Saw a reddit post saying delete my game user settings in my files but i didnt see that in there. I have a AMD ryzen 7 and a 3070 with 64 gb of ram so i have the system requirements.
A couple of steps that should help:
- Run System File Checker to help ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
- Perform a clean boot before starting: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
If the issue persists, a clean install/reinstall of your video drivers may help.
