Disconnected During Super Bowl Matches
I just got kicked out of my Super Bowl after going 8-0 to get to the Super Bowl and it counted as a loss. This is unacceptable and I would like to have my Super Bowl back.

Community Manager@bigole_boy7 Sorry to hear you were disconnected during these matches. With any type of disconnection, there is no way to grant wins or edit losses in any way. You have to make up by playing more. We here and support can help in troubleshooting any issues you may run into if that is what you would like to do, but sadly we cannot provide those matches or wins to an EA account.
The game keeps disconnecting me from matches when I go into the Xbox menu for too long during a head-to-head match to adjust my stream volume, music, or anything else. This is very frustrating. I don't understand why this is a thing in the game. Because of this, I have lost too many games tied or up by many points, even during the MCS. This bug makes the game unenjoyable for Xbox players and almost soul-crushing for competitive players.
