dont have access to any modes

i was playing ultimate team and then it said access denied when i was in challenges,so i return to lobby then says my account doesent have access to any features now and there working on it.anyone know what this is about

You and me both! I’ve uninstalled and downloaded the game, I’m not sure what release to do, restarted the game, router…. All of It. Changed dns settings everything. This game is getting on my last nerve&nbsp;
