I am also having this issue. I don't have antivirus. I removed it after my license expired last week and I am shopping for a new one.
Anti-cheat is silly to be developed if a user will not be playing online. Therefore, coders should only have this feature running when this part of the application is used. There are other factors this should be done as well. Primarily reasons involve memory management and memory forensics. This is a lazy way to code an anti-cheat.
