EA server needs to fix !!

Hello EA Sports Support,

I’m writing to express frustration with a recurring issue in Madden NFL 25. During multiple online matches, the EA servers have disconnected me while I was actively playing — even when I had a solid lead and was clearly winning. The disconnects result in me being handed a loss, which is extremely unfair and undermines the competitive integrity of the game.

It’s incredibly frustrating to build a winning streak, only to have it erased by something completely outside of my control. Please investigate these server drops and ensure that players are not unfairly penalized when leading at the time of a disconnect.

I love Madden, but this issue is making it difficult to enjoy the game. Please fix this as soon as possible.
