Formation on Madden 25 glitches player out of game and is being abused in Ranked

I have noticed a few weeks ago when trying different formations there is one that when you said audible out of it that it freezes the game than you are sent to the home screen of your system.   Wha...

The formation and play is Singleback Ace Overload, pick PA LT Sneak, I audible Flip to other side and than when you hike the ball the game freezes and sends you back to your home screen
