Game crashed before I loaded my playoff game and counted as loss

Went in my 2nd playoff game in mut and ea sever failed and sent me to my home screen. When I loaded back into mut the game counted as a loss and I was knocked out of the playoffs... 2 hours of games lost to ea servers
