    First, please ensure that your game is fully updated. Restart your system and check again for any updates.

    If you are still experiencing issues with Superstar Mode, please share the following details:

    • Platform account (PSN ID, Xbox ID, etc.):
    • Specific platform (PC, PS5, Xbox Series X, etc.):
    • Summary of the issue:
    • Error message (or error code):
    • Timestamp for when the issue occurred (Date, Time, Timezone):
    • When is the error happening? Is it occurring when entering Superstar Mode in general, or specifically during Match Making?
    • For those experiencing errors with matches:
       Is the error happening:
          - When entering the match before it starts?
          - During the match?
          - At the end of the match?
    • Which match mode is the error occurring in?
        - "The League", "Solo Ranked", or "Multiplayer Ranked"

im having the same problem in superstar mode, i cant get through a single game without it crashing and constantly coming up with this application error and i didnt have this issue untill the game update this morning

    im on xbox having the same issue i factory reset my xbox deleted everything its an ea thing but it probably wont get fixed for a few months since not many people are spending money in superstar mode. it sucks but this year its more obvious than ever this game is a cash grab.

    For Superstar glitch where game freezes and closes, you want, or have, to set the game quarters to one minute. Run the game as fast as possible. My theory is that it glitches after a certain period of time. Idk if it only does it for one game, but when you get oast your bugged game, set your quarters back to normal and see if it still bugs. Hope this helps.

      @Daddyboy2321 Super excited to get past the Eagles game finally... The next game did crash in the 2nd quarter when I put the time back to the default setting of 6 minutes.

      Crashed again at 6:38 AM on September 14th, Central Time in the 2nd quarter.

        Well... Since EA won't fix their "update," I decided to try something else. I deleted my original player that was created before September 3rd and then re-imported him into the game. So far so good. Sucks that I have to start at year one again though. I feel sorry for those people who do this and paid for boosts previously.

      @Daddyboy2321 Tried it a couple more times reset the console and tried a few troubleshooting options. Literally crashed after my first play of the game every time...

        @AJRios0516I'm curious, when it crashes after the first play are any rookies or players that wouldn't be part of the original roster part of the play?  I have noticed that any time some player generated by the computer (players who entered the league after the first year) make a big play or score a touchdown the game crashes as it moves the celebratory cut scene of them. Just a theory, but the game never seems to crash during year 1 of a superstar and it would explain why you can complete a game with 1 minute quarters cause you significantly cut down on the chances of a rookie making a big play and getting a cut scene.
