Game error

could you help me with Madden 25 because it freezes and crashes every two minutes of me being on the game it freezes and crashes and says there was an error, but it was working fine at  one point then a few months later it just decided to start doing crashing again and it just kept on kept on keep on and it just won’t stop. I was asking if y’all could help.
