Game Not Opening

I just got the game today, through Epic Games. I’ve been trying to open it, doesn’t work. It opens to the tiny square where it’s supposed to load up the game, then goes back to the EA app, acting like nothing happened at all. Don’t know if this is a problem on my end or a problem through EA, would be nice to find a fix, considering I just bought it.
