Gamepass Ultimate - Madden Free Trial Error

Question

I've got Gamepass Ultimate and started playing Madden 25 on PC yesterday.

This morning when I opened the EA app to play the game it was greyed out in my library and when I click on it I'm taken to a landing page telling me to buy the game.

If I try to open it via the desktop icon I have a pop up telling me my free trial expired and that I need to upgrade to Pro or purchase the game.

I've logged out of both the Xbox and EA app and I've restarted my machine and had no luck.

Is there a fix for this? Thanks for any assistance.

We're aware of some issues with EA Play memberships included with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. We are currently looking into it.&nbsp;
