still an issue i'm afraid, Here's the latest case i have open below....
its just so hard to get ahold of anyone on this thing. I'm at the point now where i believe if i delete my EA account, I can go back to playing normally. Can you send me a DM or email and get the ball rolling on this please?
Hello ea, I have made the following cases and forum posts on this issue. The game is unplayable, and I'm looking to resolve asap. I think a potential fix would be deleting my EA account. The instant message system has been very tenuous, hence the multitude of cases made without resolution.

xx1derboixx So if you delete your EA account you will run into more issues than what is happening now. There is no delete and an hour later its fixed. Account deletions can take up to 30 days, then you have the console unlinks, data removal etc.
For H2H, access should be fixed; I'm taking it is not. So if its mut related the only way I see getting it resolved at the moment is through the companion app. Manually getting basic players to swap those that have the issue like the Genki ones. Its a pain I did on my lunch.
But deleting your account won't solve the issue; it will indeed make things worse. Im watching our rooms, and the studio folks working on this and I am trying to get some updates as quickly as I can. If there is a workaround I have to test it, make sure its cool beans and then let the players know.
I know it is frustrating, and you want to play. Believe me, I am trying to get you guys in to the game as quickly and painlessly as I can.
