EA_Kenti will not be as nice as this gentleman here. 3 weeks with no response is wild considering you are a community manager. you represent the company you work for rather well i will say, not being present to take care of actual issues that need to be addressed. shame on you and shame on EA. one big dumpster fire of an organization.
