H2H not counting wins or loses

I played multiple games that I won, and it didn't count my wins and 1 game I lost in didn't count. Anyone else having this issue. This happens when we complete the whole game and wait to where it say...

same here, every big win that goes to end doesn't count it's a ripoff.
