I cant download Custom Rosters on PS5 (Madden 25)

i downloaded a lot of files as you see on the my downloads section, but when i get to load/delete files, no roster files and just 2 draftclasses.

i deleted the game on my PS5 and reinstalled it, but still the same issue.

can somebody help?
