I never received my season XP for Madden 25

Season 1 xp boost set never received the card and can’t complete the field pass

i preordered the Madden/ College football bundle and have yet to receive the Ultimate Alumni Season XP MUT tip to receive the season XP. I also only received 2 players and still missing 1. Is there another push for these items?

Same, I have had CFB 25 since release. Finished all ultimate alumni challanges within the first two days. Bought madden 25 a week ago, and my crossover rewards have not shown up. Made a ticket and was told to wait. Still have not gotten them, so I masde another ticket just now and was told " I would like to inform you that as per the updates we have, there was an ongoing issue for this earlier. However, this is now being resolved by our dedicated team and all affected players have already received their content. Also, we cannot grant content on our part as this can only be done by our studio team, which is already done and we cannot validate this from the EA Help support page. However, as you mentioned, you didn't receive the content, so it's possible the account wasn't eligible for the compensation. We have recorded this as your feedback and will mention the case for our dedicated team to review. You can also submit feedback via our EA Forum and our community managers will also respond via the same forum" This is a joke 

So basically because we bought the game after the fixed accounts, they are saying "yeah can't help you guys, we already helped everyone else" LOL

Same here. Posted about this two weeks ago with no response from support.
