I purchased madden cash to level up my cb to level 60 and didn’t get my sp

I want my sp I didn’t spend 100 dollars to get to level 60 and not get any of my skill points on my cb build

pick6erytime Skill points can be delayed in hitting an account. Especially when the account is signed in when the content is purchased. At this point since it has been over a week, if they have not shown up, you would need to reach out to live support and have them take a look. CMs cannot grant or modify content over the forums as we are not live support.
