I solved the issue unable to connect to EA servers

If you can't play online head 2 head because you get the message "EA servers unable to process your request" or a similar one, I figured it out on the PC version with Steam, but I imagine it works on consoles.  I had to log into EA, go to connections and unlink my Steam account, create a new EA account with a different email, then link that one.  Now it works.  My account was not banned.  EA apparently has no clue how to fix this, but it is 100% an account issue on their end.  This is someone they need to resolve, but not getting my hopes up.

The only catch is that if it happens again, I have to wait 6 months to link through a different email.  It is possible this might work if you just unlink your original account then try re-linking it, but I did not try that.
