Community ManagerHey @SportsGuy824 So that is working as intended since it is the same EA account. You can contact support on possibly transfer the PC copy, but not a console copy. The console copy entitlement is linked to the console account. Your EA account is only there to access servers.
You can contact Sony to see if they will, but that is entirely up to them. EA support can only modify games on PC since those are linked directly to the EA app which we control.
Thanks @EA_Shepard. I spoke to EA support a few times through chat and there was nothing they can do. I luckily was able to get a refund of the PC copy from where I purchased it. So I was able create a new EA account and repurchase the PC version with the new account. Just crazy that EA can not just transfer the account from one email to another even with the proof of purchase. Thanks for the info. All good now.
