Issues with Twitch Drops & Account Linking

Wondering if anyone is able to provide some advice or is going through a similar issue to myself. 

In preparation for the twitch drops, I checked my account and could see that my twitch account was linked although the name was showing what seemed to be a randomized code instead of my account name as I would have expected.

I watched the streams and claimed the drops & was waiting for the rewards, they haven't arrived and since then I decided to check if something was wrong with my linked account.

I have somehow managed now to unlink the account, totally my fault but I thought no problem I will simply link it back, when trying to do so I am getting an error that says an account can only be linked with one twitch account. I don't have another twitch account and I'm not sure why it had a strange username listed and now won't link to my twitch account.

I dont really understand what to do to now link my account back to twitch, I am just getting an error and the rewards haven't arrived. 

I've tried logging cases with support but am not receiving a response at all, any help anyone can provide on linking my account back or getting the rewards would be greatly appreciated.
