Keep getting desync in H2H modes

Whether or not I am playing a friend,  ranked, or any head to head , I will get a desync.  It's always on the defensive side.  I have been unable to contact anyone at EA help.  Does anyone know what could be causing this.  I've rebuilt the database, uninstalled and reinstalled Madden, got a new router and modem and better internet and it still keeps happening.
