Linked Accounts Found

Hello, I am trying to connect my EA account with my Twitch account so I can get Twitch rewards. It says my Twitch account is connected to another EA account but I do not know how that is possible unless I made a mistake in previous years with these accounts. Can you please help me unlink this account from twitch so I can connect the right EA account?
