Madden 25 Bug, tells me I have the Trial when I bought the deluxe bundle

Been playing since the game launched and now it is telling me I have a trial version. I bout the CFB/Madden deluxe bundle.

    Hi everyone, 

    I just wanted to follow up here and mention that it looks like this has been fixed. If anyone is still getting the same message about the trial, please let me know.

Hey everyone, 

We're currently looking into the issue that's preventing some Madden NFL 25 owners from playing the game right now. We will follow up here and let you know when we have any updates to share. 

In the meantime, please give the following steps a try to see if it helps: 

  1. Launch Madden NFL 25
  2. Reach the Main Menu and get the Trial error message
  3. Hit the Xbox button on your controller
  4. Go to Profile & System
  5. Select Log Out
  6. Log back in with the same account once you reach the Account Login screen
  7. Return to Madden NFL 25. You should see the game reconnect to the servers
  8. You should no longer see the Trial error

Why is EA ALWAYS A JOKE!!!??? 

BEYOND A JOKE! 

I have an xbox game pass ultimate that's meant to include EA Play 

Can you please tell me if EA Play seriously ONLY has 3 games on it FC 24 Madden 24 & NHL 24 ??? 

ALSO... I am trying to play EA PLAY GAMES on my TV cloud gaming as it says Madden 25 FREE TRIAL WITH EA PLAY but when I try to access it I am then prompted to join 5.99 per month! 

If I access cloud gaming on my computer console it doesn't even come up "in Madden 24" which is the way it appears on my TV CLOUD GAMING 

CONSOLE CLOUD GAMING DOES NOT SHOW IT OR MENTION IT - THIS ONLY APPEARS ON TV XBOX GAME PASS APP WITH CLOUD GAMING 

I have 6months game pass ULTIMATE that INCLUDES EA PLAY (that doesn't allow me to PLAY what I am meant to be able to play)...  

What the ...... IS THIS - AND why is it always so difficult dealing with EA 

I am amazed people that OWN MADDEN 25 can't even play it either!!!! JEEEEZZZZZUSSSSS FOR REAL EA????
