It’s been nearly a month. I have tried all the steps in the Sony website as I posted earlier. I have tried the steps that the 1 EA affiliate posted in this thread about unplugging all the USB ports. I’ve updated and factory reset my machine multiple times. Still cannot get my game to even load into a main menu. Crashes immediately upon attempting to launch. For $60 I shouldn’t have a 2 second image of CMC and then an error screen. This has been ridiculous. This is the only game I own that does this. Does anyone at Madden EA team care at all how broken this is for so many users?
