Madden 25 Companion app crashing
After logging in through EA acct to companion app and selecting either of the 3 “personas” (only one I have ever used for MUT), it tells me it can not load and crashes. I just wanna use the app...

I tried all this weeks ago. I found the forum so of course I found the unhelpful FAQ.
I guess I was hopeful someone from EA tech support would actually reach out to me to resolve the issue after spending a few hundred bucks on their product.
Maybe they could tell me why I have multiple personas under one EA account… under one PSN. Maybe EA could help me link my account to the app? Maybe I could open the Mahomes AKA card I redeemed via set today as soon as the card went live?
Is any of this possible or a unreasonable expectation?
Man, I would love to be able to play and enjoy this game the way it is advertised that I can.
