Can you try uninstalling ROG Armoury Crate, check for Windows Updates, and then re-install Madden & EA App? You had some errors for those and we've seen Armoury crate create an issue in the past.
Some programs running in the background can conflict with our games. If you perform a clean boot and then immediately launch the game as administrator that can help narrow down a potential cause of the crash.

Can you check for Windows Updates on your PC? If an update is complete and it restarts your PC, go back again and see if there is another update. For some updates they are separate and you may need multiple PC restarts. I see some Xbox overlay and Microsoft errors. There's also a Steam error, may be worth reinstalling that client too.

This error was present on your PC which seems to be related to ROG Armoury as well. Can you try uninstalling that and see if the game plays normally before reinstalling it?Aac3572MbHal_x86.exe

Yeah sadly its still doing the same thing after updating my pc restarting it says everything is fine. I reinstalled all possible steam Xbox and Microsoft apps and im in windowed mode and it still crashes on the first play.

Hey, folks
We tried to test this last night to see if we could get it to crash in every game, but we could not.
When you get a chance, can you run through the following checklist and let us know if any of the steps work for you?
First, if you are in full screen, change it to windowed mode. If you are like me and you have more than one monitor on your PC, make sure the game is not in full-screen windowed mode.
EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
Launch the game
From the main menu in-game, click Creation center
Load/delete files - All
Delete all files except franchise/Team Builder (if this applies) > Avoid deleting anything that is offline, or you will have to start that mode over.
If you have downloaded playbooks or anything like that, I would recommend deleting them as well.- 6 months ago
I had the same issue and putting the game in window mode worked.
