Madden 25 Crash on play pick

I need help, my game crashes on PC as soon as a play is picked. I am able to load the game, load any mode, but as soon as a play is picked, instant crash. I have fully updated drivers, madden 24 work...

Crashes are no fun, let's see what we can do to fix that.

First, it could really help us figure out what could be the cause if you provide us a DxDiag so we can see your PC specs, driver dates, and error messages.

Can you attach it for us to your next reply?

Also, do you happen to be running any overlays or other programs in the background while you're playing?
