Whenever I use the Team Builder my logos are completely fine. Whenever I load into a franchise and in game the logos COMPLETLY BREAK AND LOOK LIKE A WHITE BLANK BOX. I uploaded a scarlet knights logo NOT a white box. I've done this with 3 teams and all have broken. I've looked into canvas sizing and file sizes but any suggestions are appreciated. I don't see anyone else complaining about this so I hope it isn't just me.
Every time I load the game all the uploaded files that aren’t the Primary logo or color just show up as a white square covering the area. No matter the color of the actually image.
YES EXACTLY EVERY SINGLE TIME. and i never had this problem with CFB 25 so why is it happening for madden ? that’s my big question

Having this problem too. Everything looks perfect on their website, then I download it in the game and the logo on the helmet is a white box.
This is happening to me also but only on all white images using hex #FFFFFF. If I had a hue or grey it out a little it works. All white images used to work fine.
my game is updating right now it’s 9 am for me so i’ll let yall know if there’s a fix at all. Thank you for the suggestion.
Still not fixed but they’ve got ultimate team locked down for “maintenance” i deleted the old file submitted it again on the team builder website and then set everything up and it still is broken.
i have a new issue with hidden devs unlocking then reverting back. this game is seriously buggy, especially whenever i have a successful franchise going smh
