Madden 25 EA Connect Missing

I recently purchased Madden25.
EA connecting is missing.
How can I go about fixing this?

not seeing ea connect means that your are not playing the current gen version of m25.
What is the “current gen version” mean? I have madden 25 (not the deluxe version) and I don’t see the EA connect button. In fact, my menu options look like madden 24… I am on Xbox x/s. Please help!
