Madden 25: error downloading file from creation center

I NEED HELP !!!!  I have created 3 different team in the madden 25 team builder neither of them will load up in the game I get the same error everytime “error downloading file - please try again late...

Been this way for weeks now. All we hear fromEA_Kent and others is they are working on it with no updates and then they shut down threads about it. So who knows
