Madden 25 error

Hey EA_Barry, I'm having the same issue.  I have followed all of EA_Illium's steps on another page but it still crashes after the small loading screen.  Please help.

1. Download and install all available Windows Updates
2. Make sure your display is connected to your GPU and not the motherboard video output
3. Run System File Checker to ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
4. Perform a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
5. Check your machine meets the below requirements:

Minimum:

• Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
• OS: Windows 10 - 64-Bit (Latest Update)
• Processor: Intel Core i7-6700K (4-cores; 8-threads) or AMD Ryzen 5 1600
• Memory: 10 GB RAM
• Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB or AMD Radeon RX 570 4GB
• DirectX: Version 12
• Network: Broadband Internet connection
• Storage: 65 GB available space
• Additional Notes: DirectX 12 compatible video card (feature level 12_0)
