I had a similar issue. About half way through the first season as QB the game would crash as soon as the game loaded. I deleted the profile and started over. Lost my time invested though. I will let you know if I run into any issues after deleting and recreating the player. Hopefully someone else will chime in with a real fix in the mean time.
